1. Introduction

MidasFlow ("we", "our", "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our AI-powered cryptocurrency analysis platform and associated services.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information from Telegram Login

When you sign in via Telegram, we receive:

  • Your Telegram user ID
  • First name and last name
  • Username (if set)
  • Profile photo URL (if available)
  • Authentication hash for verification

We do NOT receive your phone number, contacts, or message history.

2.2 Information from Google Sign-In

When you sign in with Google, we receive from your Google Account:

  • Your email address and its verification status
  • A unique Google account identifier
  • Your name and profile picture (if available)

We use this solely to create and identify your account, grant access to your subscription plan, and send service and billing notifications. We do NOT access your Gmail, Google Drive, contacts, or any other Google data. You can revoke our access at any time from your Google Account settings.

2.3 Usage Data

  • Cryptocurrency pairs you analyze
  • Analysis requests count and timestamps
  • Session duration and interaction patterns
  • Browser type, OS, and device information
  • IP address (anonymized after 30 days)

We record the fact, time, IP address, and Terms version of your acceptance of our Terms of Service.

2.4 Payment Data

Payment processing is handled by third-party processors (NOWPayments for cryptocurrency, Telegram Payments). We do not store credit card numbers, banking details, or cryptocurrency wallet private keys.

2.5 Fraud Prevention and Abuse Detection

When you sign in or use the Service we collect and process your IP address, approximate location derived from it, and technical characteristics of your device and browser (such as screen parameters, hardware concurrency, time zone, language, platform, and canvas/WebGL rendering characteristics) to compute a device identifier. We use this data to detect multi-accounting, protect promotional offers, and secure the Service (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Device and abuse-prevention data is retained for up to 24 months and is never used for advertising.

  • To provide and maintain our AI analysis services
  • To authenticate your identity and manage your account
  • To track free analysis usage limits
  • To improve our AI models and service quality
  • To communicate with you about service updates
  • To detect and prevent fraud or abuse
  • To detect and prevent fraud, multi-accounting, and abuse of promotional offers
  • To comply with legal obligations

4. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Usage analytics are anonymized after 90 days. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

Fraud-prevention records (device identifiers, related IP data, and abuse flags) are retained for up to 24 months.

5. Data Sharing

We do NOT sell your personal data. We may share data with:

  • Service providers who help operate our platform (hosting, analytics)
  • Law enforcement when required by law
  • Business partners in case of a merger or acquisition (with notice)

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including:

  • HMAC-SHA256 authentication verification
  • Encrypted data transmission (TLS 1.3)
  • Rate limiting and abuse prevention
  • Regular security audits

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

8. Cookies and Local Storage

We use browser localStorage to store your session token and language preference. We do not use third-party tracking cookies. FontAwesome and Google Fonts may set cookies as per their own policies.

Our service is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

10. International Data Transfers

Your data may be processed in countries outside your residence. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for cross-border transfers.
