By accessing or using MidasFlow (the "Service"), including by signing in via Telegram or Google, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. Where you are presented with a checkbox or button confirming acceptance, ticking that checkbox or proceeding to sign in constitutes your electronic signature and binding acceptance of these Terms. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of these Terms even if you have not read them. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Service.
MidasFlow provides AI-powered cryptocurrency market analysis through multiple specialized AI agents. The Service includes:
You create an account by signing in through Telegram or with your Google account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Do not share your session tokens with third parties.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate any account, and refuse any or all current or future use of the Service, at any time, with or without cause, with or without prior notice, and without liability to you. Reasons may include, without limitation, violation of these Terms, abuse of the Service or of promotional offers, fraudulent or suspicious activity, or operation of multiple accounts — but no reason is required.
We reserve the absolute right, in our sole discretion, to: (a) refuse registration of any new account; (b) suspend or terminate any existing account or access to the Service; (c) limit, restrict, or revoke access to any feature, plan, API, free tier, or promotional offer; (d) decline to provide the Service, or any part of it, to any person; at any time, for any reason or for no reason, without prior notice and without explanation. We are not obligated to disclose the basis for any such decision. Amounts already paid for periods in which the Service was materially available are governed by Section 4; to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, no other compensation is owed.
The Service is licensed for use through a single account per natural person. Creating or operating multiple accounts, using another person's account or identity, using automation, temporary or fake identities, or manipulating device, network, or browser characteristics to obtain additional free usage, promotions, or to evade restrictions ("multi-accounting") is prohibited. We may determine, in our sole discretion and using automated signals (including IP address, device and browser characteristics), whether accounts are related or abusive. Our determination is final. Related accounts may be suspended or terminated and promotional benefits revoked without notice.
New users receive 3 free AI analyses upon registration. Free analyses do not carry over between periods.
Pro ($49/month) and VIP ($99/month) plans are billed monthly. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the billing date.

Subscriptions are non-refundable once activated. You may cancel at any time to prevent future charges.
Promotional offers (including free VIP or trial access) are limited in quantity and time, are available only to eligible new users, and may be modified, suspended, or withdrawn at any time. Eligibility is determined by us in our sole discretion. One promotional benefit per person, household, device, and payment method. We may decline, revoke, or downgrade promotional access at any time without explanation. Promotional access has no cash value and is non-transferable.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MIDASFLOW SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR TRADING LOSSES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or lost profits arising from the suspension, termination, or restriction of your account or your access to the Service (in whole or in part), whether or not a reason was provided.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MidasFlow and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance windows, API provider outages, and force majeure events may affect availability.
We may modify these Terms or any aspect of the Service — including pricing, features, usage limits, and eligibility for promotions — at any time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which MidasFlow operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Service, the parties agree to the following resolution process:
Before initiating any formal proceedings, you agree to first contact us at @midas_flow_agent_bot and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue within 30 days.
If informal resolution fails, any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration conducted by a recognized arbitration body. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. Each party shall bear its own costs unless the arbitrator determines otherwise.
You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis only. Class actions, class arbitrations, and consolidated proceedings are not permitted.
Either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm pending arbitration.
All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by MidasFlow. We reserve the right to operate, modify, limit, or discontinue the Service, in whole or in part, in any manner we deem appropriate.
