Every pump moves through phases — accumulation, ignition, FOMO, exhaustion. The phase decides whether an entry is early, optimal or already late; IGNITION with rising price is the entry window.

Movement phases (Phase Detector)

Phase detector is a state machine classifying the current moment of a move into 13 states. Each phase has its own entry implication.

Phase Meaning Entry?
IGNITION Early pump stage — impulse just started IDEAL
📈 MOMENTUM Move in progress, trend established GOOD
😮‍💨 EXHAUSTION Buyers running out of steam, impulse fading LATE
🪤 TRAP False breakout, reversal already underway DANGER
🔴 DUMP / ⛓️ CASCADE Falling, liquidations NO LONG
🔪 FALLING KNIFE Fast drop without support, long blocked SKIP
🚀 SQUEEZE Vertical spike — overbought NO SHORT
🔄 BOUNCE Forming bounce after a drop RISKY
↩️ REJECTION Pullback from resistance WAIT

Below the phase line — four bars that together describe the "health" of the move:

🟢 Momentum: ▓▓▓░░░░░░░ +34% Directional move strength. + up, down. More bars = stronger impulse
💨 Exhaustion: ▓▓▓▓▓░░░░░ 55% Shows at ≥15%. ≥70% = too late to enter, buyers burned out
🔪 Knife Risk: ▓▓░░░░░░░░ 20% Falling knife risk. ≥50% = caution, ≥70% = entry blocked
🔄 Bounce: ▓▓▓░░░░░░░ 35% Probability this is a post-drop bounce, not a new pump
