A signal is not an order. The decision framework chains phase, ML consensus, risk line and tier rules into a clear go / reduce / skip checklist.

Decision-making: field priority hierarchy

When the alert is large and overwhelming โ€” check fields in this order:

  1. 1 Phase โ€” if EXHAUSTION / TRAP / FALLING KNIFE โ†’ SKIP. Everything else is irrelevant.
  2. 2 EARLY DETECTION โ€” lag โ‰ฅ15s + agreement โ‰ฅ60% โ†’ priority entry.
  3. 3 Cross propagation โ€” ORGANIC / MATURE / CONFIRMED? โ†’ strong signal. STALLED โ†’ skip.
  4. 4 ML ensemble โ€” Scalp + Pump + Trade all agree (all โ‰ฅ65%, arrows โ†‘)? โ†’ ML confirms.
  5. 5 GP verdict โ€” โœ…โœ…โœ… or โœ…โœ… โ€” bonus confirmation.
  6. 6 Forecast โ€” potential > risk by 2ร—+. If risk โˆ’1% but potential +1.5% โ€” skip, unfavorable RR.
  7. 7 Tier โ€” determines position size, not entry/no-entry.
  8. 8 Signal history โ€” if this is the 5th+ signal in a ๐Ÿ“‰ downtrend โ†’ likely dead cat bounce, not a pump.
