A signal is not an order. The decision framework chains phase, ML consensus, risk line and tier rules into a clear go / reduce / skip checklist.
Decision-making: field priority hierarchy
When the alert is large and overwhelming — check fields in this order:
- 1 Phase — if EXHAUSTION / TRAP / FALLING KNIFE → SKIP. Everything else is irrelevant.
- 2 EARLY DETECTION — lag ≥15s + agreement ≥60% → priority entry.
- 3 Cross propagation — ORGANIC / MATURE / CONFIRMED? → strong signal. STALLED → skip.
- 4 ML ensemble — Scalp + Pump + Trade all agree (all ≥65%, arrows ↑)? → ML confirms.
- 5 GP verdict — ✅✅✅ or ✅✅ — bonus confirmation.
- 6 Forecast — potential > risk by 2×+. If risk −1% but potential +1.5% — skip, unfavorable RR.
- 7 Tier — determines position size, not entry/no-entry.
- 8 Signal history — if this is the 5th+ signal in a 📉 downtrend → likely dead cat bounce, not a pump.
