A signal is not an order. The decision framework chains phase, ML consensus, risk line and tier rules into a clear go / reduce / skip checklist.

Decision-making: field priority hierarchy

When the alert is large and overwhelming — check fields in this order:

  1. 1 Phaseif EXHAUSTION / TRAP / FALLING KNIFE → SKIP. Everything else is irrelevant.
  2. 2 EARLY DETECTIONlag ≥15s + agreement ≥60% → priority entry.
  3. 3 Cross propagationORGANIC / MATURE / CONFIRMED? → strong signal. STALLED → skip.
  4. 4 ML ensembleScalp + Pump + Trade all agree (all ≥65%, arrows ↑)? → ML confirms.
  5. 5 GP verdict✅✅✅ or ✅✅ — bonus confirmation.
  6. 6 Forecastpotential > risk by 2×+. If risk −1% but potential +1.5% — skip, unfavorable RR.
  7. 7 Tierdetermines position size, not entry/no-entry.
  8. 8 Signal historyif this is the 5th+ signal in a 📉 downtrend → likely dead cat bounce, not a pump.
